Greeting from the 2025 FIBV Volleyball Men's World Championship Local Organizing Committee

As we prepare for the world's biggest volleyball event in 2025, we would like to invite you to be part of history.

In order to give you the best seats in the house, we are opening an online ordering portal for you to place orders for tickets BEFORE we open to the general public.

This pre-selling ticket offer is open to participating federations and partners so that members, friends and families of your organization can come to the Philippines to support your teams in their quest for volleyball glory.

Before you order, please go through the information in this kit. You will find details on the match schedules, ticket categories and prices for the Preliminary and Finals Phases of the World Championship. Please take note that during the Preliminaries or Pools Phase, there will be two (2) competition venues, while during the Finals Phase (Round of 16 to Finals), we move to one competition venue only.

Tickets will be made available to the public on March 15,2025 so all pre-orders must be placed and paid for by February 28, 2025.

Please note the following:

  • Place your orders through the indicated website only. No orders will be taken via email or any messaging platform.
  • Pay through the official ordering platform or via bank transfer only.
  • Reservations will be held for seven (7) calendar days. Unpaid reservations will be released for sale to the public and cannot be retrieved.

During the Preliminaries Phase, there will be two (2) competition venues: SM Mall of Asia Arena and Smart Araneta Coliseum. Each competition day consists of 2 sessions (AM and PM) with 2 matches per session, unless stated otherwise. When ordering your tickets, please note the venue and time of each match.

During the Finals Phase, all matches will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

PRELIMINARIES PHASE

PASS PRICES

DAY PASS

  • The Day Pass allows you to watch 2 match sessions on the selected date in the specified venue only.
  • Actual seat assignment/s will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided in your order.
  • The order confirmation that you will receive for your order IS NOT your ticket. You will be issued physical tickets for each session, which must be presented in order to enter the venue.

SPECIAL PASSES

PRELIM PASS

  • The PRELIMS PASS allows you to watch all match sessions for the entire Preliminaries Phase
  • With the Prelims Pass, you get Day Passes for ALL SESSIONS in BOTH venues (SM Mall of Asia Arena and Smart Araneta Coliseum) or a total of 13 Day Passes
  • Actual seat assignment will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided
  • The order confirmation that you will receive for your order IS NOT your ticket. You will be issued physical tickets for each session, which must be presented in order to enter the venue.

TEAM PASS

  • The TEAM PASS allows you to watch all matches of your selected team during the Preliminaries Phase only.
  • The Team Pass includes tickets to all three (3) preliminaries phase matches of your selected team.
  • Actual seat assignment will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided
  • The order confirmation that you will receive for your order IS NOT your ticket. You will be issued physical tickets for each session, which must be presented in order to enter the venue.

FINAL PHASE

ROUND OF 16 PASS

  • The ROUND OF 16 PASS allows you to watch all match sessions for the entire Round of 16 Phase (8 matches).
  • Actual seat assignment will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided.
  • The order confirmation that you will receive for your order IS NOT your ticket. You will be issued physical tickets for each session, which must be presented in order to enter the venue.

QUARTERFINALS PASS

  • The QUARTERFINALS PASS allows you to watch all match sessions for the entire Quarterfinals Round (4 matches).
  • Actual seat assignment will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided.
  • The order confirmation that you will receive for your order IS NOT your ticket. You will be issued physical tickets for each session, which must be presented in order to enter the venue.

SEMIFINALS PASS

  • The SEMIFINALS PASS allows you to watch all match sessions for the entire Semifinals Round (2 matches) .
  • Actual seat assignment will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided.
  • The order confirmation that you will receive for your order IS NOT your ticket. You will be issued physical tickets for each session, which must be presented in order to enter the venue.

FINALS PASS

  • The FINALS PASS allows you to watch all match sessions for the Finals (Gold and Bronze Medal matches).
  • Actual seat assignment will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided.
  • The order confirmation that you will receive for your order IS NOT your ticket. You will be issued physical tickets for each session, which must be presented in order to enter the venue.

ULTRA FAN PASS

  • The ULTRA FAN PASS allows you to watch all match sessions from Round of 16 to Finals Round (16 matches from Round of 16 to Finals).
  • Actual seat assignment will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided.
  • You will receive individual tickets for each session.

MEGA FAN PASS

  • The MEGA FAN PASS allows you to watch all match sessions from Quarterfinals to Finals Round (8 matches).
  • Actual seat assignment will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided.
  • You will receive individual tickets for each session.

SUPER FAN PASS

  • The SUPER FAN PASS allows you to watch all match sessions from Semifinals to Finals Round (4 matches from Semifinals to Finals).
  • Actual seat assignment will be provided at a later time. You will be notified through the email address you have provided.
  • You will receive individual tickets for each session.
